Hello,
I’m Dana Dolan and I’ve been cooking professionally for the last 20 or so years. I live in Westchester County, New York with my partner of many years.
For a while now, I’ve had ideas that I wanted to explore and share beyond my usual roles as a food stylist, test kitchen cook, recipe developer and catering chef. So welcome then, to The Sensible Skillet a space I have constructed as a playground for those ideas. My hope is that anyone with some skill can open up a recipe and end up with something wonderful to eat.
